Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Our shipments will be processed from Monday to Friday on business days. Orders received during weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Order processing is done from Madrid, Spain.

Our shipments are carried out with GLS and Fedex, depending on the country. All packages can be tracked with their corresponding tracking number. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent with the purchase confirmation. Shipping time will depend on the country.

Approximate delivery times:

Peninsular Spain and Portugal: 2-3 days

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-5 days

Europe: 4-7 days

Rest of the world: 7-10 days

Zone 1: Peninsular Spain €5.75

Zone 2: Balearic Islands – €7.75

Zone 2: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla – €13.75

Zone 3: Germany, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Portugal – €10

Zone 4: Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Ireland, Hungary, Malta, Cyprus, Finland – €17

Zone 5: Bosnia, Norway, Serbia, United Kingdom – €45

Zone 6: Rest of the world – €33

RETURNS:

For any returns or exchanges, we exclusively manage them through the email help@sankidd.com.

Returns must be received by Sankidd within 14 business days after the date of receipt. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, with all garment tags and hygiene stickers intact. Garments must not have been worn or washed.

Sankidd reserves the right to reject any unauthorized return that does not comply with or follow our return policy and procedures.

Refunds are always made to the credit card used when placing the order to prevent fraud.

Any shipping costs, return fees, or additional taxes and duties paid will not be refundable.

Given the delicate nature of the items that Sankidd offers and sells, the customer will have a maximum period of three (3) calendar days to request the exchange/return in case it presents a manufacturing defect.
