All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs, international taxes, or customs duties are not included unless expressly stated.

7. International Orders and Tariffs

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:

  • import duties
  • tariffs
  • local taxes

These costs will always be borne by the customer.

If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the order is returned, Sankidd will only refund the product amount, excluding shipping costs.

8. Resale Restriction

Purchases through www.sankidd.com are exclusively for end consumers.

Purchasing for resale, commercial distribution, or sale to third parties without express authorization is prohibited.

Sankidd has official profiles on various social networks.

Interaction with these profiles is also subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of each platform.

Sankidd may publish content, promotions, or contests on these channels, whose specific rules will be communicated in each case.

Sankidd reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Modifications will not affect previously placed orders.

11. Exclusion of Liability

Sankidd does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability of the website
  • absence of technical errors
  • interruptions due to maintenance or external causes Sankidd will not be liable for damages arising from misuse of the site or interruptions not directly attributable to the company.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless consumer regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
