At Sankidd, you have a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the package to initiate your exchange or return of the purchase.

The User shall bear and assume all direct costs and expenses (including transportation, courier services, fees, duties, or customs taxes) associated with the return of the returned orders.

Send the shipping receipt with the tracking number of the package to hello@sankidd.com so that we are informed of the return.

As soon as we receive the product you wish to exchange, we will check that it is in perfect condition and proceed to send the new product, which will be free of charge.

In the case of a return, as soon as we receive the product you wish to return, we will check that it is in perfect condition and process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.
