Our shipments will be processed from business Monday to Friday. Orders received during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Order processing is carried out from Madrid, Spain.

Our shipments are made with Nacex, Seur and Correos express depending on the country, all packages can be tracked with their corresponding tracking number. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent confirming the purchase. Shipping time will depend on the country.

RETURNS:

At Sankidd you have a period of 15 days from receipt of the package to start your part exchange, which will be reimbursed in the form of a purchase voucher with the total amount to be spent in our store. The product must be in perfect condition and must include the original labels and the hygienic protector.

The User must bear and assume all direct costs and expenses (including transportation, courier, fees, duties or customs taxes) associated with the return of returned orders.

Any claim must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the package.

Refunds are always made to the credit card used when placing the order; This is to prevent fraud.

The refund will be made once we have received and inspected the returned product. Depending on the bank, the transaction usually takes between 5 and 7 business days.

Sankidd is not responsible for defects due to damage caused by improper use or neglect, alterations and cosmetic damage due to normal wear and aging.

In the event that the order is not in good condition at the time of delivery to the User and is not due to circumstances directly attributable to the User, the User will have the right to claim the return of the product and its replacement, that is, the exchange for another with the same characteristics at no additional cost but not the refund of the amounts paid (unless the User wishes to make use of their right of withdrawal).

To do this, the User must inform Sankidd of the reason for the return through the email hello@sankidd.com.

Given the delicate nature of the items that Sankidd offers and sells, the User will have a maximum period of five (5) calendar days to request an exchange/return in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Sankidd undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

This return due to defect, defect or poor condition of the order will not be considered an application of the User's right of withdrawal.
